  • Please note that the tour meeting time is 15 minutes prior to the start time. No refunds or re-bookings can be provided for late arrivals or no shows after tour commencement or departure.
  • Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate guests with mobility impairments, wheelchairs or strollers on this tour.
  • The Changing of the Guard ceremony does not take place every day and is dependent on weather. On days the ceremony is not taking place, we will watch the Changing of the King’s Life Guard (Horse Guards Parade)
  • Comfortable walking shoes recommended.
  • Gratuities to guides are appreciated but never obligatory.

Where is the tour meeting point?

This tour meets at the Millicent Garrett Fawcett Statue Parliament Square at London SW1P 3JX. Your guide will be waiting for you holding a Walks sign.

Is this tour appropriate for children?

Yes!  This is a great experience for kids.

Does this tour run in all weathers?

Although we will run our tours in all weathers, unfortunately The British Army do not have the same policy and in bad weather the ceremony may be cancelled at short notice. In these rare cases, you will still get a tour of the main sites, and will see the Horse Guard change.

How many people will be in my group?

This tour operates with a maximum group size of 10 guests.

Yes, reservations are required for all tours.

How long before my tour should I arrive?

The tour meeting time is 15 minutes prior to the start time. No refunds or re-bookings can be provided for late arrivals or no-shows after tour commencement or departure.

What is your cancellation policy?

Activities including tickets or special entrances, such as this one, may only be rescheduled for free up to 72 hours in advance. These activities are also only refundable more than 72 hours in advance of the activity start time. Within 72 hours, we will only be able to issue a partial refund or future credit.
