Meeting Point
We meet by the Carousel in Piazza della Repubblica. Piazza della Repubblica is one of the main squares in the historical centre of Florence. In the middle of the square you will see a Carousel. We meet just by the Carousel, next to the ticket booth.
We do not have the luxury of waiting for guests, and no refunds can be provided for late arrivals after tour departure.

Where is the meeting point?

Is lunch included with this tour?
Yes! This tour includes a full lunch at a stunning Tuscan farm house and vineyard.

What time do I need to get there for my tour?
We ask that all guests arrive 10-15 minutes early for the scheduled tour.
This gives us time to get all of our guests checked-in, fitted correctly for bikes, and a chance to get comfortable on your bike before we take off.
What is your weather policy? What if it rains?
Our tours run rain or shine, and we have rain ponchos available in our office. We encourage all guests to consult the weather forecast and plan your dress accordingly.
In the summer months, please prepare for the heat by bringing/wearing adequate sun protection, and staying hydrated. Even if you are accustomed to high temperatures, air-conditioning is not always available in Italy.
Are reservations required?
Yes, reservations are required for all tours.
What is your cancellation policy?
Activities including tickets or special entrances, such as this one, may only be rescheduled for free up to 72 hours in advance. These activities are also only refundable more than 72 hours in advance of the activity start time. Within 72 hours, we will only be able to issue a partial refund or future credit.

Is this tour appropriate for children?
Absolutely! This tour is a great overview of the beauty of Tuscany for all ages. However, the visit to the Chianti vineyards and lunch do include lots of wine-related content as well as wine pairings during lunch, and the legal drinking age in Italy is 16 years old. However anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult on our tours.
