Whether you’re a local seeking a day of urban exploration or a visitor wanting the freedom to roam, our city-cruiser style E-Bikes are the perfect companions for your Berlin adventure.

Pick up your E-Bike at your convenience, starting as soon as we open and keep it until our closing time for a full day of exploration. Revel in the flexibility to tailor your adventure, whether it’s a leisurely ride through historical landmarks, a visit to local hotspots, or simply soaking in the vibrant atmosphere.

April – October: 8am-8pm
November – March: 9am-5pm

Good to Know

Rented bikes can be returned any time during our opening hours.
We unfortunately cannot allow overnight e-bike rentals.
Reservations for e-bikes are highly recommended. Don’t risk showing up to a sold-out shop; our e-bike rentals have the same no-hassle 24-hour cancellation policy so you can book without hesitation.
E-bike riders must be at least 160 cm or 5’3”
We can not attach kids seats, tag-alongs or chariots to our E-bikes.
You will get an instant confirmation after booking online- just start by selecting your pick-up date, number of bikes, and how long you would like to keep them.
Our staff is multi-lingual and happy to help you in any way possible when you pick up your bike.
Our office opening hours are – March: 9am-5pm ; April-October: 8am-8pm ; Nov-March: 9am-5pm (Please note February 2025 hours are sporadic, please call to confirm your reservation before you come).

Shop Location

Please pick up your bikes at our Alexanderplatz shop, located at the base of the giant TV Tower (Fernsehturm).

You can find us on the north side of the tower between the Alex Café and the entrance to the TV Tower. The address is Panoramastraße 1a, 10178 Berlin.
