This tour will meet in Piazza San Giovanni, by the column of San Zanobi next to the Baptistery of St. John. Piazza San Giovanni is a centrally located square in front of Santa Maria del Fiore Cathedral and Baptistery of St. John.
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to tour start time. Due to the exclusive nature of our skip-the-line tickets, we do not have the luxury of waiting for guests, or catching them up after the fact.

Where is the meeting point?

Is lunch included with this tour?
The cost of lunch is not included in this tour but we do take a break for lunch.
You’ll have approximately 1 hour 30 minutes to enjoy lunch and your guide will be happy to point out the best local spots for you.
Can I bring my bag/backpack on tour?
Guests can only carry small handbags inside the Accademia. Larger backpacks and big pointy umbrellas are not allowed. Please also note there is no cloakroom inside the Accademia Gallery.
Please only bring what you can easily carry within the gallery guidelines, as there is no place for baggage storage on this tour.
What time do I need to get there for my tour?
We ask that all guests arrive 10-15 minutes early for the scheduled tour.
This gives us time to get all of our guests checked-in, fitted correctly for bikes, and a chance to get comfortable on your bike before we take off.
What is your weather policy? What if it rains?
Our tours run rain or shine, and we have rain ponchos available in our office. We encourage all guests to consult the weather forecast and plan your dress accordingly.
In the summer months, please prepare for the heat by bringing/wearing adequate sun protection, and staying hydrated. Even if you are accustomed to high temperatures, air-conditioning is not always available in Italy.
Are reservations required?
Yes, reservations are required for all tours.
What is your cancellation policy?
Activities including tickets or special entrances, such as this one, may only be rescheduled for free up to 72 hours in advance. These activities are also only refundable more than 72 hours in advance of the activity start time. Within 72 hours, we will only be able to issue a partial refund or future credit.
Is this tour appropriate for children?
Yes, this is a great family activity, offering a comprehensive overview of Florence’s great history in a short amount of time!
