Good to Know

Please be advised that you will be required to leave a deposit for each bike rental. This can be done by cash or card at the time of pickup.
No guest under the age of 18 will be given a bike without an adult over the age of 18 present.
Please bring one government-issued photo ID to be retained as a deposit for all rentals and a credit card to be kept on file for the security of the bikes
We highly recommend reserving your rental in advance – once your reservation is confirmed, you will be certain to have a bike for the day!
We have a limited number of kid’s bikes, you can email us to reserve a bike.
Pregnant women are strongly discouraged from cycling due to cobbled streets.
If you’re keeping your bike overnight, we highly recommend to keep them at your hotel or secure place to lock your bike.
If you are interested in joining Our Highlights of Milan Bike Tour, this is the best way to get oriented with the city, and you are welcome to hold onto your bikes after touring with us to continue exploring on your own.
We’re happy to offer free changes and 100% refund up to 24 hours before tour* Failure to cancel a reservation at least 24 hours prior to scheduled rental may result in forfeited travel funds. Fare difference may apply. For all cancellations, email sales@unlimitedbiking.com.
